In the fourth quarter of 2020, tycoon games continued to entertain and challenge mobile gamers in the United States. Sensor Tower's latest insights reveal the trends and figures for these popular simulation games.

Playrix's Township saw a steady flow of revenue throughout the quarter, with peaks reaching over $2.5M in the weeks of October 26 and December 28. Downloads for the game also showed a consistent pattern, with a notable increase to over 110K in the week of November 23. Weekly active users hovered around the 700K mark, showing a slight uptick as the quarter ended.

ZPLAY's Skate Art 3D, despite generating no revenue, had an impressive start with over 200K downloads in mid-October. However, downloads and weekly active users showed a declining trend, finishing the quarter with around 22K downloads and approximately 52K active users.
